I have a jacket that keeps me dry, but the sleeves are a bit floppy. I try clipping them out of the way, but the clips only stay on for a short while. Some archers suggest 'arm warmers', the kind worn by bike riders. I'd want one that DIDN'T keep me warm -- just hold the sleeve tight against my arm. Any suggestions?

For comfort, I used a wider version of rubberbands -- got some waistband elastic from my local store that is over an inch wide -- didn't want to restrict any circulation, so I left it a bit on the loose side -- had to reposition it every end, but it worked fine -- shot a personal best despite rain and raingear.

Athletic tube support made from that lycra cotton type material works well at keeping clothing out of the way.

cheap plastic bike rider rain jackets are cut alot closer than most outdoor rainwear
Less bulky that frog toggs, which are also very good and as a plus they let moisture out.
