I'm using an Oly rig, 66" 42# @ 28"
I have a 62" B-50 string. Over 500 shots.
My ideal brace height is 8 3/8". 1/8" either way is no big deal, but more than that causes problems.
I recheck my brace height periodically and usually need to unstring, add a few twists and restring.
My question: shouldn't the string be stretched out by now? I thought I should be able to shootn 100+ arrows and not worry about the string stretching enough to affect arrow flight.

It probably should be. I wonder if it's not twisted very much and the twists are slipping.
My favorite method of stretching a new string is to lay the bow fully strung and belly up in my lap. Then with both hands at the same time grab as far up the limbs toward the tips as I can and press down as firmly as I feel comfortable. Do this a couple times and your string should be stretched about as far as it will go.

I'll give that a try. Today the string stretched after only 30-40 shots. Then I gave it 8 twists. It stretched about 1/8" for the rest of the day
about 100 more shots.

Dacron strings will tend to stretch for an incrediibly long time. Especially if the bow is unstrung after shooting and then restrung the next time; during the interim the string will tend to shrink slightly and then stretch again when strung. On the other hand low stretch strings (dyna 97, dyneema 02, Majesty, TS1+, etc) will settle in after about 200 shots and never stretch again when used at moderate weights, i.e. 40-50#.
