We haven't posted field and hunter rounds in a while so I'll start a thread. It was just a practice round, not at an organized shoot, but I took the Howard Hill Tembo out today and shot a 159 with heavy hunting arrows.
Anybody else shooting a Field Archery (NFAA) course these days? - lbg

I'll never maintain that pace. The first 8 targets on that range include the short ones. But that pace does make 200 possible. That has been a goal of mine for about 8 years. I understand that a few fellows have done it in practice and that one did it at the world champs in Australia. I have high hopes for the coming season. - lbg

Today with the target recurve I made 205, with a single side of the face anchor, three fingers under. It is coming around. - lbg

Wow! Impressive Steve. I was never able to come close to that with just one anchor, three under or split. I had to go the face walking route before I broke 200 for 14 targets.
