New AD Trad tapered carbon shafts. Nocks and inserts installed, cut to 29" - all work by AD. There is only ONE size AD Trad, and it WILL work Very WELL outta any longbow from 45-75#, due to the shaft taper. Each of these nocked and inserted 29" shafts weighs exactly 353 grains on my electronic grain scale. Info on AD tapered carbon shafts ..
