Keith, is this the riser with the "snap in" limb sockets? Just curious.
Overall bow length is the key to a startup brace height. AMO length is the measured running length (follow the limb curves!) from nock to nock.
Some decent starting points.
66" - 8" to 8-3/4"
68" - 8-1/4" to 9-1/4"
70" - 8-1/2" to 9-1/2"
My 66" Medalist is happiest at 8-7/8" to 9" with 10s of DF'97, so it pays to experiment a bit.
Unless you have an old string, it's really best to make up a tillering string outta some low stretch cord (Dacron), or a coupla old bowstrings tied together for the extra length, and keep adjusting 'til you get a BH you like, then take a measurement from nock to nock.
Use bowyer's knots at both limb nocks. Our Resource library shows how to tie one if you need.
Hope this helps.

------------------
Rob DiStefano
