The arrow wraps being sold are vinyl tape. I've never seen labels of this nature but I'll keep my eyes open. This tape is relatively inexpensive and is marketed by Carbon Tech for $5 per dozen in pre-cut 7" lengths. This tape is used primarily, as far as I can tell, by sign makers. Visit your local sign maker and bring an arrow wrap with you and see what he has to offer. If you buy the tape in end cut rolls and cut it yourself with a paper cutter, it's REALLY inexpensive. Your signmaker may also be able to print things on the tape giving you a custom crest. Lastly, when it comes time to take the tape off, try dipping the end of the arrow in boiling water and peeling it as far as you can. You may need to repeat the process a couple of times.
