Rule 10 Shooting styles.section 7. Paragraph (h). Stated: One consistant anchor point must be used. This rule has now been removed, indicating that face walking is now permitted. What are your thoughts on this?.
'Does this mean that a longbow with a slight recurve tip would have to shoot in recurve barebow division because the archer face walks?.' The bowhunter division does not permit face walking.

Alan, it is a total disaster. This rule was never put to the longbow membership, from what I can gather it was put forth by the IFAA administration.
Some of the IFAA Longbow shooters are going to try to overturn this rule in 2014 at Yankton.
To do this we have to inform and educate our national reps.
