My experience tracks with Rob's, i.e. my draw length is 28.5" freestyle, under chin anchor, while 27.5" with the longbow, corner of mouth anchor. However, I think some of the difference can be explained by the high grip on my Olympic Recurve vs. the low grip on my longbow. That plus the fact that the riser on the Olympic bow is a little deeper.
