What should be the content of such diry?n
Make a main page which should include you personnel details, your preffered settings on your equipment such as string configuration, brace height, arrow spine / diameter, preffered point weight, draw-length, arrow length, tiller measurments, feather length & shape, total weight of arrow, etc.
Provide space for your weekly training plan, write the essentials in as detailed as you like and incorporate also the actual conditions under which you did your training e.g. weather conditions, mental state, degree of general relexation, level of stress you feel, time, temperature and so on.
Finally allow yourself some space to comment on your training - e.g. did you feel it to be too heavy, or have you been disappointed about your performance, was there a positive highlight, did you tried something new and how was it ...
Do not filter either positive things or negative things out of your comments as they belong to your daily life! By the time you can see some tendencies - e.g. not completed pages, overload on negative/positive remarks, specific times during the weeks you are more positive or allow yourself to pratice/train etc.
This will help to improove your training by changing methodologies, ajusting time, making provisions and so on.
